How I can Help
Therapy can feel strange at first as you are revealing to a stranger your vulnerabilities, worries and thoughts. Therapy is about helping you understand how you think, feel and behave and realise that the defences you have created have got in the way of you leading an independent life. I will work with you and provide the time and space for you to build your confidence, increase your skills and be able to better understand yourself. Sometimes you may not know or understand what is going on with yourself, but with some encouragement and guidance, therapy can be successful in unlocking that uncertainty.
