Location and Fees

Sessions can be over the phone or online through video call. Each session lasts around 50 minutes with 5/10 minutes at the end to review the session. I offer short and long term therapy and we would regularly review our sessions to ensure that your expectations and goals are being met.

 

I also offer walk and talk therapy in Knutsford.

I believe it’s important to have a good therapeutic relationship between the counsellor and the client which is why I offer a free 15 minute telephone/ video consultation which would allow us to be introduced, for me to explain the next steps into counselling and answer any questions you may have. I welcome individuals from all races, religions, cultures and sexual orientation.
